Data is hosted on servers located in the European Union (Supabase — eu-west region), in compliance with the GDPR. Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified).

All communications are encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.

Chat assistant (Line, or Sonia on the Arabic site), an artificial intelligence program: your messages and the information from your file needed to answer (steps, status of your applications, services purchased) are sent to Anthropic, which provides the language model, as a processor, outside the European Union. No document or ID is ever sent to it, and your conversations are not used to train its models. Conversations are kept for twelve months, then deleted, and immediately when you delete your account.

For visitors located outside the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the site may use the Meta pixel (Facebook, Instagram) and its Conversions API: page views, sign-up, start and completion of a payment, to measure our campaigns and show you our offers on these networks. The e-mail address sent is hashed. No advertising tracker is used for visitors located in Europe. You can object by writing to the address given above.
